CSX Repair Shop

Location: Tampa, Florida

Happy Cat rolled up our sleeves for some heavy duty work on the CSX Locomotive Repair Shop in 2004 with Evans Environmental.

This project featured lots of heavy industrial wiring and rigid conduit.

We successfully dealt with the massive power requirements for 100 ton crane that lifts the locomotives inside of the building. We also implemented many receptacles for equipment technicians, an energy saving lighting management system, and custom pit wiring to allow mechanics to repair the locomotives from below.
